I was asked to conceptualize the visual design and overall user experience for FreeESI.com, an information processing application, as well as produce a HTML/CSS mockup. The app was geared toward companies and professionals with a high volume of document retention who needed to regularly search their records (lawyers, doctors, etc.).

I focused on a user experience that needed simple, direct interactions as our intended users were likely older, established professionals and their professional associates. Limiting navigation options, similar to a step-by-step process, would ensure a minimal learning curve. A condition-laden search engine would generate a desired results and lists of most used data would create efficient interactions.
