CRC recently completed the renovation of The Baker's House - a historic, residence in the Historic District of Chestertown, MD newly converted into a new commercial space. This space will provide for up to three small business to flourish while preserving the historic charm of the area.

Our inclusion of solar panels on the roof of the building are virtually invisible from every public viewable angle - a matter we planned for before meeting with members of the Chestertown Historical Society.
